You guessed it...it's time for another #SpotlightSunday! Ronnie Ceballos of Porterville has been with us for the last four years as a trailer mechanic and fieldman, meaning he inspects and services trailers to keep them safe and on the road. He always works hard, has no complaints, and does whatever is asked of him. In addition to excelling at his job in the trailer shop and the fields, Ronnie steps up to help the safety team when they need it! His favorite part of working at Young's is the environment, he says it really feels like everyone is one big family. When Ronnie is not doing his part for the YCT Team, he can be found spending quality time with his family. Thank you Ronnie for being such a hard worker! #WeAreYoungs

This weeks #SpotlightSunday Shoutout goes to Zachary Johnson, a Porterville native! Zach has been with Young's for 12 years as a citrus and tomato Manager. He oversees the hauls, makes sure employees have the proper equipment and information,, and monitors changes to ensure that things run smoothly and efficiently. When doing his job, Zach is very effective when it comes to handling all types of situations and is great with drivers. He enjoys solving daily issues that arise, the fact that everyday is different and gives him a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day, and the work atmosphere in Tipton. Outside of work he likes going to Paso Robles and the beach with his wife and kids, riding dirt bikes in Terra Bella with his son, spending time with family and friends, and BBQing on the weekends. He also enjoys going on road trips and seeing new things on the drive. Thank you for your dedication, Zach! #WeAreYoungs

This week we'd like to introduce Reggie Visico as our belated #SpotlightSunday! Reggie is from Delano, CA and works as our IT Support Technician, meaning he works on the technical hardware and software for our company as well as supports the safety department in trouble shooting and configuring logs and cameras inside trucks. He has been at Young's for one year and was nominated because he is always keeping everyone's days running smoothly when it comes to their technology. He is often traveling tens to hundreds of miles to repair and maintain all of our systems. Reggie does lots of background work and we truly appreciate it! Since he is constantly working with technology in the office, Reggie likes to get outside in his time off; he especially enjoys hiking and camping! Thank you Reggie for being an outstanding team member! #WeAreYoungs
