Seasonal Jobs

Our seasonal truck driving jobs in Central California are a fast-paced, high energy opportunity. While these seasonal driving jobs are temporary, they do create potential for long term employment. As a Young’s seasonal CDL driver, you’ll log six days per week, 12 hours per day. Because we run round the clock, 24 hours per day, we require day and night crews and shifts are assigned. Our competitive pay is on an hourly-plus system in compliance with state laws.

Year-Round Jobs

Our year-round ag truck driving jobs are a great opportunity to earn competitive wages as well as benefits including 401K and health insurance. Enjoy weekly paychecks and home daily routes with one of our full time CDL truck driving positions. Compensation is on an hourly-plus system in compliance with state laws. Since Young’s trucks are running 24 hours per day, we hire for both day time and night time driving positions.

Young's hauls Citrus in Central California Trucking Agriculture Trucking Jobs available

Citrus

Young's citrus season runs from November through May at our Tipton, California location. During the citrus season, we transport citrus from packinghouses throughout the valley to the processing facilities in Tipton. In this position, the drivers are home every night.

Carrot season agriculture hauling truck driving jobs

Carrots

Young's carrot season runs from February to April. During carrot season, we transport carrots from fields in California and the surrounding states to processing facilities. In this job, drivers occasionally stay in hotels.

Hauling Tomatoes out of Central California

Tomatoes

Young's tomato season runs from July to October in Buttonwillow, Corcoran, Firebaugh and Oakdale. The tomato season with Young's is an intense and well paid 100 days. This season is very lucrative for those looking to make money. These drivers are at home every night and have the option of working 6 or 7 days.

These drivers are adventurous and flexible, following the potato through it’s life-cycle. These drivers play a roll in planting and harvesting the potatoes all over the state of California and are usually home every night.

Feed

Young’s Feed Division Runs year-round, so these driers receive full time benefits like health insurance and access to our 401K program.. These drivers take the waste, like malt and citrus peels, from the processing facilities and deliver it to dairies where it is fed to cows. Feed drivers are home every night.
