Team Spotlight: David saldana
Happy #SpotlightSunday! David Saldana from Delano, CA is both a citrus driver and a dispatcher who has been with us for three years. When he is dispatching, David coordinates drivers efficiently so loads will be picked up and delivered on time. When he is driving he is behind the wheel hauling citrus! David goes above and beyond when he is asked to do something and he excelled as a dispatcher last tomato season. He has the respect of the other drivers both as a driver himself and a dispatcher. David enjoys his coworkers, working environment, and flexible schedule at Young's. When he's not at work he likes to spend time with his family, go to the drag strip to watch the races, and be active by playing sports or going to the gym!
